Set your Youtube channel default settings:

… login to your Youtube channel

… click on your name in the top right corner to display a menu showing Youtube Settings

… Youtube Settings ==> View Additional Features (main panel near bottom) ==> Channel Settings – Defaults (left menu)

… set the fields to reflect what you want to show every time you upload a video to Youtube.

… click SAVE!

Every time you now upload a video to Youtube you will no longer have to type the information that has been set in your default settings.
