… login to your WordPress Dashboard

… visit Appearance -> Header

… click browse and find your header image on your computer

… click upload and if required ensure the highlighted area reflects the area of the image you want to use and click to crop

… once your header image reflects what you want to use make sure you click save.

You can change the header image on your blog as often as you like simply by uploading a new image

… keep it fresh.
