Which of the Three Types of People are you?
Beta (Starting Out) …
Beta are people who are just getting started
… very new and maybe struggling, just getting the hang of stuff, learning the basics.
They tend to be attracted to and flock to other leaders in the hopes that it will rub off.
They have very little confidence and value to offer, and feel unsure of themselves and taking the role of leadership just yet, they take no to low responsibility for their actions and everything is almost always someone else’s fault.
Omega / Pre-Alpha (Pre-Leaders) …
Omega are people who have been in the industry
… have a pretty decent understanding of how the profession works, what they need to do, are probably struggling a little.
Someone who has started to push their comfort level when it comes to expressing leadership. This is what you can also call the struggling just before the big reward.
- They are able to provide training to their team members
- They have an authoritative and highly improved posture
- They have taken full responsibility for their lead generation and marketing
- They have grown confident and their self worth has begun to rise significantly
- They still feel something is missing, and are unsatisfied.
Alpha (Leaders) …
Are people who are very confident in themselves
… have excellent branding, people recognise them as a leader, they have a mindset of abundance and are pursued and followed by others.
Can the Three Types of People change?
The primary difference between Omega/Pre-Alpha & Beta’s is Omega/Pre-Alphas have the vision, willingness and courage to keep on going and not give up till they can reach their goals …
Beta’s are looking for the easy way, making excuses and want instant success with no work, or are in the wrong mindset, they are always waiting for the right moment to do thing.
Don’t worry if after reading that you see yourself as either Beta or Omega/Pre-Alpha …
YOU CAN CHANGE that with the correct mindset and learning and become an Alpha leader, it’s all mindset, knowledge and skills that you can learn.
